Support Mitesh and help me reach my Trek Everest Fundraising Goal!

Hi Everyone,
I am so excited to share with you that in April 2018 - I will embark on an Adventure of a Lifetime to Trek Everest!
So the obvious question is why I am I doing this. I have been so fortunate and so lucky in life that having hit the mid century mark, I wanted to begin doing things that allow me to give back in some small way.
Markham Stouffville Hospital serves a fast-growing neighbourhood and needs a new hybrid operating room (OR) to meet the needs of the community. Government funding does not pay for capital equipment and the need for this specialized OR which used fluroscopy and X-rays to allow urological, cardiac, orthopedic and plastic surgery interventions is becoming acute. So for 16 days, from April 24 to May 8 - I will join a dedicated group of MSH supporters, physicians, colleagues and friends to journey from Kathmandu, Nepal through the Himilayas up to Base Camp on Mount Everest - the HIGHEST mountain in the world!
This Adventure of a Lifetime celebrates the 65th anniversary of Sir Edmund Hilary's ascent to the top, and will be accompanied by his son Peter Hilary.
As part of this adventure a number of us will also be volunteering in local schools and hospitals run by the Hillary Foundation. I shall be volunteering at a hospital in Phaplu working with the Sherpa people. The Hillary Foundation has committed itself to improving the lives of the Sherpa people in the areas of Health Care, Education and the Environment. Those of us who are going have committed as a group to donating $50, 000 to the Hillary foundation.
Trek Everest will certainly be no easy feat. But to ensure a successful adventure, I ask you to make a tax-deductible gift to support my fundraising efforts to ensure the highest quality care for the MSH community - for generations to come.
Please join me in this adventure by making a tax deductible donation to help me reach my fundraising goal. Please note, that I am also able to accept offline donations and cheques payable to Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, kindly contact me directly for details.
Thank you very much.
Mitesh
